Men ARE raped, usually by other men, but perhaps by women.
Generally, rape entails some sort of physical threat - though
there have been cases where some other sort of reprisal for
non compliance also is considered rape.
The assumption is that the raper over-powers the rapee =
quite possibly female to male, but rare.
Its is more likely (though not impossible) that you were cohersed
into having sex - threat of dismissal or reprisal, etc.
This might be rape, but it is certainly sexual harassment.
The first thing you do is make sure that the details are a
matter of record with the police (where the company cannot
sweep them under the rug).
Then you go to the company management and demand that
they adhere to their sexual harassment policies (whatever
they might be).
If you had not complied, what would have happened? The
nature of the answer to that question will determine whether
this can be treated as a rape case by the police.
Before I get a bunch of people saying "No is no", consider
the situation where a prostitute doesn't get paid the agreed
upon sum for performing sex - is that rape or simply theft?
You certainly have the right (dare I say the obligation) to
pursue this - but do not assume that boss/employee
cohersion will constitute rape from the police's point of view.
Get her *** kicked to Greenland, though. No employee should
have to put up with that.

Did she drug you or something? I mean, for her to have had sex with you, you would have had to have been sexually aroused...its not like you can lay there and do nothing and she gets enjoyment out of it! In other words, you can't rape the willing.
However, from a legal standpoint (and if you have ANY evidence to prove your point), if you feel you've got a case and you were truly offended, you should contact your local police, labor board, HR director (if you have one) and/or an attorney.

Mean to tell me that this woman 25 years older than you knocked you down and raped you and you did not put up a fight. Well, report it to the police so they can perform a rape kit on you.

Go to the police. Contrary to what some people seem to think, it is possible for a man to be forced to have sex when he doesn't want to. I know it will be embarrassing, and they may not take you seriously at first, but she shouldn't be allowed to get away with it, just as a man doing the same to a woman shouldn't.

you should actuleey confront your boss with her boss let the higher boss know what happened call the plocice and tell them but dont be a fraid to take action on this it was very wrong what your boss did if you trake it to courty make sure you have proof a

First thing go to your bosses superiors and then the police and if you can get somebody to take you there for moral support.It will be hard but try not to wash as they need your clothes and to take samples off you for dna...Good luck and hope everything goes ok for you...

Please contract the poloce,but make sure you are the victum., Did you actually get rape or were you messing around that lead to sex. did you go to the hospital to submit a dna ..please be careful .If it happen once and you don`t report it ,chance it will happen again report it report it she may said you do her first.tell your parent ,your priest my fGod tell the police if it was like that..you may see a baby a little later and she will say its yours
