Honestly ther is no specfic thing you must do to gain muscle everybody is different. I can give you a few guide lines though. Supersetting is to get over plateaus for muscle building so if you are having problems getting over a certain weight then superset, otherwise three basic things you should do.
1. Eat a lot of high quality protein meals. Protein is a nutrient that is essential for building muscle. Every meal that you eat should contain some form of protein.
2. Eat more often. Eating infrequently, or going long periods without eating, will cause your body to breakdown muscle tissue for the calories it needs. This is especially true for people with fast metabolisms.
3. Workout short but intense. You should do no more than 2-3 exercises per body part. That's it. Doing more than that won't build more muscle, faster. In fact it could possibly lead to muscle
loss. Long training sessions cause catabolic hormone levels
to rise dramatically. Catabolic hormones are responsible for
breaking down muscle tissue resulting in MUSCLE LOSS.
Also, try to stay away from long aerobic activity like running long distances. I reccomend using supplements a good multi-vitamin and since you want to gain weight i.e. muscle mass try a whey protein powder, I use Nitro-tech and a high qualtiy creatine supplement.
Good luck!
P.S. I also feel your pain I once was 160 lbs 6'2" in high school and gained around 80 lbs, a large percent of muscle and an additional 1 and a half inches. You do start to bulk up a little more after you hit 20, that was definately my case.

Supersetting, very very heavy weight and eating like some kind of retarded horse worked for me. Went from 180 to 220 in about 4 months. Pure muscle gain. Hope this helps.
P.S. I am 6'4" tall too...I know your pain.

In order to build muscle, you need to tear down muscle. TMF - Total Muscle Failure is when you work the weights to the point that your muscles cannot lift again. Have someone spot you. Do a good variety of exercises, and eat lots of protein.
You can also maintain your flexibility by stretching. But you should stretch before you lift. If you stretch after lifting, you might pull something that will not feel to good.

you are going to have to add mass to your frame.....this means increasing the protein in your diet. Supersetting will cut you up....you want to do a heavy weight for 4 to 5 sets 10 to 12 reps a set.....you can hit 8 on the last set but must hit 10 to 12 on your previous sets. You want to progressively go up in weight.....example.....When I do Flat bench, I do 4 sets of 12 starting with 70lb dumbells....then 75....then 85.....then 100. The key is to go up in weight with each set.....and go up in weight after a 4 week cycle......but you cannot leave out diet.....you will need to increase your calorie intake....also make sure to still incorporate cardio in your workout......do 4-5 workouts a week...rotating your body parts.....i usually do chest and triceps...then back and biceps....then legs and shoulders...then start back with chest and triceps.....don't workout more than 3 days in a row....make sure to allow some days off in between to allow for recovery.....i'm 6'2" and I weigh 250lbs.....but my bone structure is large....i don't appear to weigh as much as I do.....Keep in mind that your frame may not support a huge increase in mass....but you should be able to push 200-220 lbs.

well depending on what age you are, most tall skinny guys, get their man meat after 20, so just wait and eat good.
If your older you need to bulk up by eating and working out, get advice from a trainer and there are a lot of good sites on line if you have time to read up on it.
