Yes. Who eats french fries with a fork? I like to eat most everything except soup with my hands, although I use utensils most of the time.

French fries, and how about things like fried chicken, fish sticks, hush puppies, potato chips, Cheetos, etc. Lots of things are meant to be eaten with your fingers... but I wouldn't recommend it with mashed potatoes!

To be honest it's the only way to eat. There's nothing like the feeling of soup between your fingers to make you feel alive.
You don't know joy until you model mashed potato into some sort of mutant potato man.
And remember that knives and forks were designed for one thing..........stabbing! So using your fingers to eat makes you look less aggressive to other people.
Plus it saves on the washing up

Tell me how am I supposed to enjoy chicken drumsticks with a knife and fork? It doesnt make sense! Good old fingers, theyve never let me down. And I cant forget fish and chips...fingers! fingers!! fingers!!!

That's why I enjoy summertime and camping or cookouts so much. You have hamburgers, hotdogs, chips, watermelon, corn on the cob, celery and carrot sticks, fried chicken, sandwiches, berries, juice or beer, smores, jiffypop, cookies.

I usually eat with my fingers, but I know someone who tried to eat brger and pizza with knives and forks.

Eating with fingers lets you shove in much more stuff really really quickly - it's nicer that way.
