Hey all,

I'm looking for ways in which to shape up my arms and legs/thighs. I have a pretty athletic build but I'd love for them to be more sculpted. Any sites that show you how to make them look good? Thanks!

For your arms, put your arms outstretched in front of you. Open and close your hands as fast as you can to full outstretched, to full fist and back, keep doing this. Your forearms will feel this and your upper arm will be holding all this up. If you do this every day, you will get awesome looking muscles in your forearms, and your grip will improve also. Be sure not to bend your wrist back on this exercise, that will only irritate the carpal tunnel. Keep your wrist flat with your forearm when you open your fist.

For your legs, walk, run, bike. You will get subtle tones in your muscles. 30 minutes a day.
