There aren't any illegal asylum seekers on the streets. If you're an asylum seeker you have to declare the fact that you're in the country to immigration on the day of arrival in the UK, therefore they are not illegal asylum seekers, they are asylum seekers. However if you fail to declare your arrival and go underground you become an illegal immigrant, NOT an illegal asylum seeker, there is a difference.
If you are talking about illegal immigrants and over stayers (those who have been refused asylum but the government won't yet send them home because their country is not deemed safe) I believe it's around 570,000.
Looking at 'INTELLIGENSIO's' statement, I think you should learn English before embarking on any other language dear, I counted at least 10 grammatical errors or spelling mistakes in that short paragraph. For your information, an illegal immigrant or an asylum seeker would not be entitled to council housing, they are supported by NASS (National Asylum Support Service) and NASS have their own properties, not council properties.

no more than I can estimate the number of "indigenous" mindless bigots and wasters who are "roaming the streets" . AND THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS AN ILLEGAL ASYLUM SEEKER! If you're seeking asylum you may be genuine and you may not. There are illegal immigrants. You must read the Sun/Express/Daily Mail. I can tell.

Many get turned down in this country, I know of some who have had their relatives called by their govt. and still they receive no political asylum from this country, they sent get back to their country....Is that justice?

they are all in the council houses getting first places bcs they have no less than three children, their women dont work so they take up income support and deplete our pension schemes oh yeah Since the govt deemed european languages redundant im sure we will be learning other languages - to communicate bcsthey cant be bothered to learn english

Official estimates are anywhere up to 100,000 but there are unofficial estimates which state anywhere up to 800,000. Who to believe?
