Did you realize I can't be scared into believing something?
And just by saying I believed wouldn't make it so I truly believed.
Besides, if we are right, you have lost your entire life while I have lived mine.
Look up Pascals Gambit.
And what if you have it wrong and you are worshiping the WRONG god? You are just making him madder and madder...

Sooo, you're a Christian because you need a safety net? a better safe than sorry? or a life preserver? interesting.
Or, what if there is a God, and what if, that God looks at what the Bible has become, and what His followers have become, and sends most of the modern day Christians to Hell anyway? Because, you know, in some of the stories, He's a vengefull and wrathfull God. Then we can hang out and be friends in Hell!
Or what if there is a God, and Jesus is only like his Nephew or a distant cousin, or just a neigbor's kid? And that nothing in the Bible has anything to do with the afterfife, but was just a great way to run a society, and way to better maintain a loving society?
BTW, I find it odd that in your world there are only Chrisitans and Atheists.......interesting.

Christians, do you relaize that if the one true god is Marduk you are f*cked?
Christians, do you realize that if god does not exist you wasted your lives believing in something imaginary? Do you also realize the limitations you have put on your own experiences and personal development as a result of your beliefs?
Christians, do you relalize the damage your religion, has done in the name of your god? Do you relalize the setbacks your dogma has had on our species development and progress both scientifically and morally?
I could go on and on.
But I am sure you are not intelligent enough to understand. Pascal's Gambit has long ago been shown to be a fallacious theological argument for belief, but stupid theists like yourself keep bringing it up anew, with the apparent inability to learn.

Faith isn't about winning or losing. Faith is about being able to believe without have a reason to. You shouldn't be a Christian because you're afraid of going to hell. You should be a Christian because you agree with they way of life that it promotes.
I'm not a Christian. I live my life the way I see fit. I'm not going to spend a life time worry about something that may never be. Good people aren't just Christians.

What's with you people? Give it up already! If they want to hold beliefs different than yours, LET THEM! Live and let live. Personally, I don't care what someone else believes; that's their business.
The fact that you guys come on here all the time, CONSTANTLY hassling the "non-believers", is precisely why so many people are turned off to Christianity. When you shove it in their faces and cram it down their throats 24/7, it pushes them away!
What I believe is between me and God. Same for you. Same for them. Just chill...

Actually, wouldn't you (all religious fanatics) lose your whole life that you devoted to live according to the rules of your religion, which could turn out to be a complete lie? All the sacrafices and time spent worshiping which could be spent another way? Why are Christians so afraid of atheists??

And what if the Jewish people are right - what does THAT mean for Christians - or what if the Muslims are right or the Buddahists, or any other religion for that matter.
What if all religions are wrong about the nature of god? What if no one has figured out what god is and what god wants for the world? What does that mean for anyone out there whether or not they believe in god?

Yeah, how many times a day do I have to hear Pascal's wager repeated? Thirty or forty times a day?
By the way, you do have something to lose. If you spend your entire life sucking up to an imaginary god and when you die there is no god then you just wasted your life.

My mom always says this sh*t to me. She thinks it's better to believe in god and be wrong than the opposite. I think that is terribly weak way to live your life and a horrible reason to be spiritual. I'm an atheist b/c I simply do not believe in god. It's not about being wrong or right.

Allah isn't the comparable God that us Christians worship (he's not even a real god). you notice, in Sura 4:171, it says: “Allah is merely one God; far be It from His glory that He could have a son.” there are a number of, MANY verses interior the Bible which tells us that God has a Son, Jesus Christ. listed under are some: "Simon Peter replied, 'you are the Christ,[a] the Son of the residing God.' Jesus spoke back, 'Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this exchange into no longer revealed to you via guy, yet via my Father in heaven.'" - Matthew sixteen:sixteen-17 "For God so enjoyed the international that he gave his one and basically Son,[a] that whoever believes in him shall no longer perish yet have eternal existence." - John 3:sixteen
