I spoke in tongues in church after someone laid hands on me. I kept saying Hallelujah until my mouth keep speakin in another language I couldn't understand or even stop from saying. So who thinks I'm full of it? Why would I lie about that?

I'm not saying I don't believe you. However, I thought tongues was to speak so that everyone, regardless of their language, could understand what's being said. At least, that's what I thought it meant to speak in tongues. Maybe it was tongues, maybe it was only jibberish coming out of your mouth, or perhaps something darker. I suggest talking about your experience to someone who's an expert on things of this nature. You'd probably find it much more helpful to get an expert opinion.

I agree...why would you lie about such a thing? It is possible. They say when you are filled with the Holy Spirit you will speak in tongues...although, I have no personal knowledge of it. Many faiths practice the speaking in tongues.
