We pay. Yikes, and I don't think that is even in the studies of costs I've seen. There are many 'additional' costs that don't get added up.
OK, I do see the point some others are making, that number isn't just for illegals. Mind you the areas where illegals concentrate are the ones most hit by this heat wave so there will be some largish number attributed to them. However, assistance for others is included in those numbers too.
All the same, it is one of those 'additional costs' that aren't typically taken into account.

Unfortunately, it is most likely the tax payers. but far too many apathetic citizens of this country seem to feel that somehow these freedom sponging immigrants DESERVE to be here and we NEED them here to pick our tomotoes. To Hell with that! what we need is to send them all back and rebuild the American work ethic, built on sweat and AMERICAN blood, Not Mexican blood.
