Sorry, no. The sex of the baby was decided at conception. The "decision" is also from they father's "contribution", women have two X chromosomes and men have 1 X and 1 Y - depending on which is stronger from him, that is the sex of the child.

No once your pregnant there is no way to change the sex of the baby. There are charts that can tell you when you are more likely to conceive a girl or a boy, you can find them on line. Or their is a Chinese chart of some sort I can't remember what it's called but it was accurate with all 3 of mine.

NO! If you don't know, your sex of the baby is determined by the sperm. If you are pregnant it is too late. You can't change the sex. It is not up to you sorry!
