Mine did! went 11 months not seeing him for once every 2 months and we've been happily married for 11 1/2 years. So yes but it depends on the commetment.

When I was dating my (wife today) girlfriend years ago, I had left for a year in the military till we decided to get married and she moved with me. Now 12 married years later we are still together, even after being gone to Iraq for a year and 4 months in GA. So yes, I think so.

yes.. my bf and i have been going out for over a year and we are over 550 miles apart (8.5 hour drive) and my friend and her bf live over 350 miles apart and have been going out for over 2.5 years and they're gonna get married
