My 12 year old brother has TBI (Tramitic Brain Injury) which makes it hard for him to retain information. So he has prolbems reading. My mother recently bought him a laptop for middle school , hoping I could find some software that could help him. I remenber Bonzi Buddy , but found that the software was nothing but spyware. So I was wonderng if anyone knew of software that you can type in or copy and paste into , and it will read it aloud for you ? I am mainly looking for ones that are free.. but I will pay for software if need be....

Vegasdawg has it! It has nothing to do with your question just wanted to let you know, I think you are very cool, caring about your brother, God bless.
