I've got a real problem with that too. In college, I actually went to a doctor about it, because I'd sleep through multiple alarm clocks, people knocking on my door, and a few fire drills. The doctor told me that it was just my age and I'd grow out of it. I still sleep heavier than most, but it's not the problem it used to be. Try to keep a regular sleeping schedule and hold yourself to it. Go to bed around the same time every night, and wake up around the same time every morning, even if you don't have to go anywhere. I find that getting enough sleep regularly helps out a lot. Valerian root helps you get to sleep, and wake up easier, but you won't feel as rested as falling asleep on your own. It will help you to set yourself a sleep schedule though, and it's a natural herb that's non addictive. Good luck!

Yeah you should sleep more if that's your question because sleeping is great for your health and with out sleep you body would soon become weak. You don't necessary need eight hours of sleep but it's a God average of sleeping hours. Get some sleep. You will live longer.
