Most insurance's will cover this procedure but you have to meet the criteria. Your doctor will have to contact your insurance company and give your measurements, weight and sometimes a picture.
You will need evidence of visits to your doctor complaining of chronic back and shoulder pain.
Your insurance company will always want you to lose some weight, like 10 to 20 pounds depending on your size.
They wil not pay for a lift for cosmetic reasons but reductions are lifts.

This site has a section dedicated to breast reduction. I don't see a whole lot of articles on there yet, but you may find some that are helpful.

Good luck!

most insurance compaines will cover breast reductions so long as they're medically neccarcy. i believe how they determine it is by how much tissue is removed (i think they weigh it). You're not gonna have much luck unless you're at least generous D.

the only way you're gonna get a lift covered is if you're getting serious rashes and open wounds underneath them. sorry.

My insurance company is Aetna, and they said that any breast reduction, no matter whether it is medically necessary or cosmetically preferred, is done for cosmetic purposes. My advice is to just google some companies and try to see their policies for it. :) Hope it helps!

I don't think you will have much luck, most insurance companies will not cover that.
