So the story that God made Eve from Adam's rib got it the wrong way round. Males are an adaptation of females and the nipples are just one piece of evidence for this.

Insufficient or defective testosterone, poor tissue responsiveness, or an unbalance of other hormones like Estrogen and Prolactin can cause female like breasts even in men (Gynecomastia). At birth, the small amount of the mother's estrogen in the baby can result in small breasts that usually resolve. There can be an inbalance of hormones during male puberty that can result in temporary breast growth, which for most resolves. There are many medical problems and drugs that can cause male breast growth.

The nipple is actually the central protrusion inside of the pigmented areola. There is a thin muscle just under the skin that when stimulated, tends to flatten the puffed male nipple areola. This muscle when stimulated in a breast feeding woman, projects the nipple for the baby. Nerves that innervate the nipple / areola can produce pleasure for both men and women.

Women have XX chromosomes and men have xy. When an egg receives genes from a sperm that contains the Y chromosome, the Y chromosome turns on testosterone hormones which make the baby turn out to be a boy. So since we all start out as female then we are all going have nipples.

If you studied biology at all, you would know that all humans start as female. I have no ideas on this, but it is a proven fact. The sex is not determined until later. Don't believe me, look it up. And I don't need a bunch of Atheists on here saying I knew it, when they don't have a clue why. Only God knows and I put all my faith in his Wisdom.

God knew that if he gave men boobs they would never leave the house. By putting them on the women it was assured there would be interest in the femals and therefore continuation of the species.
