you should break up your day 1 program. do back and chest one day. then legs and abs, then shoulders and arms. then rest. you want to rest each muscle group for about 48 hours between workouts and since your shoulders are also used during back and chest you should spread those out.

I've heard the only group of muscles you can safely exercise every day is your abdominals. Other muscle groups should be exercised once a week for most effectiveness--but be careful, if you target specific muscle groups for building mass, you should stick to machines. Free weights may work unintended muscle groups and cause too much fatigue, making it harder to recover.

Sounds good to me. It doesn't sound like you are going to injur yourself and it seems as though you are getting a well rounded work out. If you are working your stomach and legs with weights your routine is fine the way it is, if not (i.e. running and sit-ups/crunches), you can work your stomach and legs everyday without injury.

you should also try to incorporate some cardio into your workout...since youre there everyday, it shouldnt be too hard. and its better to do cardio AFTER lifting because that way your muscles are strong for the weights...doing cardio before just makes you tired so you dont perform as well in reps and such.

Thats great. Its how body builders work I believe. working the same body parts every day is not good. You have to give your body a day of rest for it to improve.
