Don't know if that's safe. Last time my cat had one the vet just let it go away on its own (it was just irritation from swallowing hair). If the blood is just little red spots or flecks, it's not too much to worry about. If you're seeing dark red, brown or black, or there's a lot of it, there's a serious problem.

Doesn't sound like a good idea. You should probably take the cat to the vet.

no!! Don't ever give cats people antacids.

And don't ever give anything an antacid if their stomach and intestines are bleeding!!!
