Actually I've cruised several times (with my wife) but I always run into people who are cruising alone, and ALL of them have told me that they are LOVING it. They have all had nothing but positive things to say about it.

fun, fun, fun....especially since you don't have to worry about entertaining or hanging out with your friends/better half once you've found someone/something interesting to do...
It drags if you always have to worry about whether the other person is having a good time and because they have so much to do-you'll probably end spending a lot of time apart if your interests differ a lot.
