I doubt you are serious...but yes that smell, seperate from a comode,or fire, ect, could well be an indicatin of a demonic presence. Demons are real.

It could be a spirit, But I doubt it. It is most likely just the bathroom like you thought or a natural sulfur vent somewhere that isn`t always detectable due to more powerful smells.

Well you just answered your own question. There are a lot of sulphur deposits close to the surface where water pipes would be dug and laid.

But metaphysically speaking, yes, be there daemon or drakes about (dragons are NOT daemonic, by the way), it is possible to pick up on their etheric trails of sulphuric scent, just like when there are angels about, people often smell the scent of roses or vanilla.
