Of course it is. You don't make up stories with your liver. All fantasy is created by the brain, including god.

Of course, god and paranormal phenomena are figments of human imagination. It also shows the contradictions in the way the brain works. god is supposed to be almighty. But if you look at the following statement, the brain wouldn't be able to make sense of it:

god cannot build a wall so high that he can't jump across!

So it is the same brain that makes you think "god can help"

Well, actually neuroscience tells us that our _perception_ of God is a product of the human brain (quite reasonable when you think about it).

Simple logic tells us that God himself is a product of the human brain.

Science always contradict the scriptures. When the scripture says that God exist, Science says Proved it! When the scripture says that we are created in the image and likeness of God, science says we came from somewhere else.

God is not the figment of mans imagination (human brains). God is real. God created man in his image and likeness endowed with some of his communicable attributes like emotions, anger, love, jelousy, and so on and so forth. He gave us brain so that we can practice the absolute will he gave, such as choice.

The world is full of commotion and emotion, rarely you can find those who has a geniune feeling of devotion to God. The scripture clearly states "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God". This statement from the Neuroscience is clearly denying the existence of God. Satan offers us instant gratification with demonic "enhancement": someone like ...

a) You can be "spiritual"...
b) You can be "wise"...
c) You can be "attractive"...
d) You can have "fun"...
e) You can "cope"...

Satan gives temporary power to those who believe his lies. He becomes their "father", and they become his possession. Are we taking the bait, or holding out for the real thing? 2 Corinthians 6:14-17 (NIV) ... “For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness? What har-mony is there between Christ and Belial [Satan]? What does a believer have in common with an unbeliever? What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God, As God has said: ‘I will live with them and walk among them and I will be their God and they will be my peo-ple, Therefore come out from them and be separate, says the Lord. Touch no un-clean thing, and I will receive you’."

God has told us that He will give us over to "captivity" if we continue to sin, and has given us example after example of this throughout history. So, when Paul says: Eph 4:27 (NAS) ...do not give the devil an opportunity.

Scripture does not instruct us to ignore demons, or expect that they will go away gradually, or to "train" them into obedience. We are told to cast them out. It is not enough to have demons temporarily retreat when they have been noticed: A sleeping dog may wake up presently and maul its victim. No negotiations should be made. No arguments are worthwhile. No distractions allowed. No delays granted. Demons must be cast out, repented of and totally renounced; and they will not go if they can hide, argue, negotiate, distract, or deceive. And they won't stay gone if desired again...

I believe NeuroScience must be used to discover man brains, the wonder of God gift of creation, not to be used for devil purposes and suggestions.

Emotions is a wonderful gift from God, Here, Love, fears, anger, pity, jelousy, compassions, temperance, self control arises out of emotions coupled with response and reactions.

Friendship too is a product of the human brain. Falling in love is chemically equivalent to OCD.

Just 'cause your brain responds one way doesn't mean there's a stimulus outside your brain that caused that response.

It's kind of like the invisible friend you had as a child. People need to believe that there is someone there that cares for them, will always be there for them, and I think that God could have been made by a ruler to scare his people into doing what he wanted. "God will punish you if you do this" instead of "I'll punish you if you do this", kind of scarier if it comes from a being you can't see or touch.

Man created god and not the other way around. Makes a lot more sense.

Yoda Green's Hope hopes that part of her 'brain' has mercy on you. How nice.

I must agree. Religion is a sociologic function. It serves to answer questions that cannot be answered with current technology. Hence, religions evolve along with technology. Look at Galileo and the Catholic Church.
