I don't really much care about all of that, times have changed alot, and every race, culture and religion has things in its past that you can always use to justify any sort of violence. The fact is they want all the Jews dead, not just gone, and they DELIBERATELY target women, children and innocent bystanders in their 'justifyable' attacks. I don't care who they are at that point, they just need to be dealt with by any means necessary.

The conflict cannot be blamed solely on the jews or the muslims.

The West felt bad about the holocaust so they decided to give the jews a country where they originated from. What they didnt realize was that in doing so, they were disrupting the lives of many muslims that had been living in that area for several generations. This created a hate relationship between isreal and the rest of the middle east. The veil of a religious struggle is very thin. Behind it lay the much more evident and both semi valid claims for territory.

The problem was made worse by the fact that Isreal had british guns and equipement and kicked the entire middle east's *** in every war since the partition. Nobody has been able to measure up to them in military strength until now. This is good, because with a war instead of a massacre, solid resolutions are going to have to be made. Maybe global leaders will actually solve somethings this time instead of pushing it on youngre generations.

Islam requires everyone to either (1) convert, (2) die, or (3) pay special taxes to stay alive as a non-Muslim, but you also can't build any new churches or synagogues or even maintain the existing one. Islam is fundamentally intolerant of other religions, which is one cause of the problems between Jews and Muslims.

The other is that Muslims like to pretend that there was nobody in the territories they invaded hundreds of years ago, such as the very large Jewish and Christian populations in the Middle East prior to the birth of Muhammed. Instead, they try to claim that they have a right to control all of the territory that has ever been under Muslim control, regardless of who lived there before, during, and after the Islamic occupation. One result is that Muslim Arabs refused the UN partition of territory in 1948 that should have resulted in two states: Israel and Palestine. The Arabs refused to accept this because it did not give them the entire territory, which is the basic source for all of the problems the region continues to have.

In sum, Muslims are intolerant of other religions as an explicit article of their faith, and Muslims refuse to acknowledge the rights of non-Muslims to govern themselves in places that Muslims once governed. That naturally causes enormous conflicts with all non-Muslims, and the Jews are no exception.
