If you were kidnapped, whether it be through a third party or by your other parent, all you have to do is walk into your local police station and tell them who you are. They can run a search on your father to find out where he's living and help you get in contact with him.

Have you tried calling all of the John Pennington's that are listed under Florida's white pages? I would call and ask if any of them are John David and if you get one that says yes then ask if he has a daughter named Jessica. That would be my suggestion for step one. If none of the listed John's are of any help then try his brother or any other Penningtons in his town and same for his parents. Even if you don't get in contact with these people you never know you may end up contacting someone that is related to them. Hope this helps

When you say stolen, do you mean kidnapped? If so, contact your local police department!
