I have used these and though they're messier than other options, I wouldn't use anything else. I think Pull-ups are a waste of money because they feel like diapers - with training pants they at least can feel when they are wet.

i imagine getting the Bummis education pants is a spectacular theory to commence with. they provide the impression of being like underclothes yet when she has an coincidence in them it wont leak all around the floor immediately away so that you've time to sparkling her up. i do no longer recommend pull-united statesa. all in the course of the start ranges of potty education because they provide the impression of being and experience clone of diapers and newly potty educated toddlers don't realize that they are not so that they're going to nevertheless pass to the bathroom in them. you should attend till she has already gotten used to happening the potty and then usher in pull-united statesin case you want to. I also reccomend that you purchase some potty education books which includes her so that you'll get her enthusiastic about potty education, and likewise have her %. out some huge woman underclothes that she will be able to placed on even as she practices going potty. If she wears onesies plenty, you should commence procuring undeniable white t-shirts so purely incase, she will be able to easily carry her blouse up and sit on the potty. except that, purely attempt to make her experience mushy. placed her on the potty in the front of her popular action picture or television prepare and obviously, once she is going provide her a manage! do no longer provide her something that she has a range of of because it purely isn't a manage for her. i'm particular you've already heard a range of of those thoughts, yet you should purely attempt although works correct for you. solid success potty education. it must be a nightmare or a disaster. with any success it is going to likely be ordinary for you. :)

I used the pull ups with my first child and she just treated them like a diaper in my opinion and after I got tired of spending money on something that didn't seem to have too much of a change in her behavior I decided to put regular panties on her and she quickly got potty trained. Now her panties had Dora or some character on it and we just would tell her "now you don't want to peepee on Dora do you?" so she would use the restroom. I went straight to panties with my second daughter and used the same tactic and it worked with her, plus I didn't have to spend all the money on pull ups. Now at night time they both wore a pull up just in case but as soon as they got dressed in the mornings on went the big girl underwear. Hope this helps.

I do. I use the thick cotten kind with the plastic panties over the top. (I do put a pull up on her at night time).
I think if you transition into pull-ups, there is no transition. They may be more convenient, but they are also more expensive and they are not teaching your child anything.
The old style training pants may require a little more effort, but they are definitely more effective in potty training.

I did with my older two and will with my last one. They work soo much faster then the disposables!
I usually get them through walmart, but also know of some SAHM cloth diaper sellers that will sell cloth trainers too.
