Here's one that most women will like. Actually anyone who likes chocolate will like. It's my concoction and I call it a mounds.

Mounds

50% Malibu Rum (chilled)
50% Godiva Chocolate Liqueur (chilled)

Mix and serve.

For an Almond Joy add a spash of Amaretto on top.

Captain Morgans Spiced Rum or Malibu Coconut Rum mixed w/
Guava Pineapple Juice. Sweet w/ a little kick - serve w/ key lime or regular lime wedges on the glass. The juice has a nice orangey color. Add a splash of pomegranate syrup right before serving for a reddy drizzle throughout the drink. Can be made by the pitcher or in a punch bowl.

Try a Raspberry Cooler. In a tall glass swirl 2 shots raspberry vodka or rum, 1 shot Cointreau, & 1/2 cup cran-raspberry cocktail. Add ice and a dash of Sprite, even the fellas lgo for this one. Even if you're on the wagon, forgo the usual "cranberry n' club" just once. You'll love it.

Bellinis! Yum!

My recipe:

Sweet champagne (like Spumanti)
Sprite
Canned peaches

Mix equal parts champagne and Sprite, add a little syrup from the canned peaches and garnish with a peach slice. Serve in a champagne flute or wine glass. Easy, huh?

All of the other suggestions are great, but I wanted to say an "Amaretto Sour". There is no one who doesn't like it, it's fruity, and it's sweet and it's got a great lovely blend of colors if the bartender or someone mixes it correctly. It looks, taste and smells delicious!
