It looks like neoprene doesn't have such a coefficient since it is a thermoset polymer. I think any appreciable thermal expansion applies mainly to metals. If you add any large amount of heat to a thermoset, you'll just destroy it. I think for all intents and purposes, neoprene doesn't expand in heat. If you reach a point where it would matter, it's probably already fried.
