You could always make a comment on her myspace. Just saying hey beatiful whats up? Now as for your letter I would change it a little bit. From what you wrote I will rephase it to what a girl would be like oh that's so sweet....other then get slapped lol....
I haven't seen a girl so beautiful as you are. From what I've seen I like everything about you. The way you smile, the way you look at me at school, hell I love the way you look. I like it all.

Just tell her you go to the same school, if she does not already know. Tell her she is very pretty and you'd like to take her to (whatever teens do nowadays) but whatever you do, don;t bring up any body parts that you like. She will feel more like you want to have sex, without respecting her. Tell her she has a dazzeling smile, you love the way she styles her hair, She always dresses with flair, in style, cute, fresh, to impress, whatever-pick one. Tell her you love her jokes, sense of humor, wit, her razor sharp tongue, her easy way with shy people(or whatever people, but you mentioned you are shy) or some other way to compliment who she is, not what she looks like.
Contrary to popular belief, girls are not looking to get laid. Good luck, hope you get the guts enuf to approach her for real, not just in cyber space.
