Of course not. They weren't "attached" to anything like an umbilical cord of a "mother"
Adam and Eve were created and had no need of a belly button. But their children obviously were "born" and attached to the umbilical cord so they did have belly buttons.
But when we go to heaven in a perfect body, we'll not have belly buttons for we shall be a "new creation" of God.

Why would they have needed a belly button. They had no umbilical cord, so I doubt they had belly buttons.

Answer yes or no and you are still caught in many biological, logical, and theological contradictions. So creation is logically FALSE.
