He left his wife after she had breast cancer, she is fine now, but now hes moved in a fatty from myspace with no job. Should I tell him how stupid he is or let him keep telling me he loves her?

A true friend stands behind and their friend regardless the problem or situation. If he wants to settle for less then let him eventually he'll wake up and see. Sometimes, it's best to keep to yourself and hold your peace.

Best friends support and forgive each other. So he should forgive you for telling him how stupid he is. If you leave someone, it should be for an upgrade at least. And wedding vows say through sickness and in health, cancer is no reason to leave.
I have a friend at work right now playing on the side and he has a wife with a step kid, treats both of them bad. I keep telling him that I think what he is doing is pretty GD common and never mention it around me if he don't want to hear what I have to say. We are still friends but I don't have to hear about what he is doing.

Let's see ... friends for 15 years ... probably have gone through a lot ... left wife who has cancer in remission ... dumped said wife for unemployed, weight challenged, MySpace bimbo ... what would I do. I WOULD SLAM HIM TO THE WALL AND PUT MY FINGER IN HIS FACE AND CALL HIM A FRIGGIN' IDIOT!
Dude, you're his friend. Only you will know how far you can go with this but don't let him make a mistake you know you could have said something about it. Tell him to be a man.

Why are guys such asses, if your friend found a "fatty" off my space and he cares for her then who are you not to support him it's not like you are sleeping with her. It sounds to me that you are jealous that your friend is finding someone that makes him happy. For heavens sake sometimes friends think they can rule the other friends life. I suggest you go out and find yourself a "fatty" and see what you think she may rock your world like your friends world must be getting rocked...... You go "fatty".... He stood by his ex through her cancer and after she got well is when he left her, there are always two sides to every story can't judge your friend for leaving his wife I give him credit for at least waiting untill she recovered from the cancer.

That's wild! You could still be his friend but don't agree with what he did. That's his problem he left his gorgeous wife for a slob. He'll think about his mistake soon. Tell him how crazy he is! There must have been a reason why he left his wife.

there is no way in hell that that man should be supported whether you two have been friends for 15 years or 15 days. I would be more supportive of the wife that was dumped if i were you.

omg!!! he is so stupid!!! he shouldnt leave his wife!! especially when she has breast cancer!! that's when he needs him and he just leaves her! "for sickness and in health as long as you both shall live" does he have any idea what those words mean???

Why not do both?
Tell him he's a jerk and an asshol*. And let him tell you he loves her.
The correct thing to do is stay his friend but let know that while you don't judge him as a person, you totally disapprove of his actions.

Love is definately blind. And, that's not very nice of you to represent that lady in that way. It's obvious she's done something for him (his mind, body, and/or soul) for him to choose to be with her. If he's happy, let him be happy. Sounds to me like you want his ex-wife. I mean, really? How low is that?
