i like to ride my bike for 45 minutes, and than go on the swing for a half hour, how many calories can i burn, form pumping my legs and i do go a little higher than that bar that goes across, i also feel like i work my stomach muscles a little.

you are working your abs as well as your quads...from pumping your legs back and forth...you use a variety of muscles as you do with all movement, but those are the main ones...good job for trying to get active.

I've driven my children, the opposite mothers and fathers' children, in go back I could get to take a seat and allow them to push all of the children. Usually there don't seem to be sufficient swings for the children in a town park.

I believe it's exactly what you described...and o ya, your arms keep you balanced..and o ya, your eyes are not used to that kind of motion so they adapt and one day you won't get dizzy as often..and o ya, your neck has to be straight otherwise they will hurt if you looked left or right
