Very unhealthy... I hope you're kidding. Eating several small meals a day, keeping portions small, and drinking LOTS of water will help. And exercise! Never eliminate any food group from your diet... it's very unhealthy.

That isn't healthy to start off....

Apples are full of carbs and sugar, the carbs will help you gain weight in the end, and the sugar isn't good for you at all.

Just watch what you eat, and exercise for 30 minutes a day.

Not healthy. But by eating plenty of apples along with other nutritious low fat high protein foods you will.

Of course it isn't healthy. Way too much sugar, which will turn to fat. You must have other foods in your diet. Try lots of vegetables, some fruit, and exercise.

even given that apples are good stuff, there must be diversity in your diet or it just can´t be good for you.
