Alot of things could happen. Your baby could end up not having the right kinds of vitamins that it needs to grow which could mean not being healthy later on. Eating the wrong things can cause sickness to the baby before and after birth and can also cause infection to them. But, eating too much of something or having too much of a certain vitamin or mineral can be bad for them as well. It all needs to be balanced. Check with your doctor and also get some books so you can always have the answers on hand. Congrats on the new baby as well.

Don't listen to these people, your baby will not be undernourished, let alone have birth defects!!! It might just be an unusual size, either slightly smaller or larger than usual.

The baby will, however, drain you of all YOUR essential vitamins and minerals to get his or hers. This will leave you feeling like garbage, so since you don't eat much, definitely eat right when you do.

Also drink the right things: milk, juice, water, because this will be invaluable to you and the baby.

You want to take note of your belly size, ask your doc at each visit if he/she doesn't tell you. The number of centimeters should be about the same number of weeks you are (for example, 27 weeks = 27 cent.)

good luck and congrats!

your baby might not grow right if u dont eat the right things- even if u are sick alll the time try to eat and then talk to the doctor if u can not keep ne thing down they have stufff u can take to help that the best thing is to eat and try to keep it down just dont eat right as soon as u wake up and if u crave something in a dream dont go get it either- but eat right and ur baby will grow right

Are you gaining good weight too? You really should try and eat 6 small meals a day. I didn't have an appetite for the first 6 months of my pregnancy, and my doctor told me to eat 6-8 small meals a day, and eat a lot of calories in what I did eat. Good Luck to you and your new addition.

Your baby can be underweigh, it can have birth defects.

I had morning sickness for over 6 months. I managed to eat. Find food that you can eat and stays down and eat it.

Is your morning sickness 24 hours a day? Starting eating, fruits, veggies, dairy, protein.
