I have moved many time and know what being home sick is.
It is ok to miss the place you are from.
You haven't said if this is a move or you are briefly away from home.
Keeping busy helps. Go to a movie or something. Learn about the place you are at. Make some new firends. Do something to reach out to others, like volenteer at a hospital. Get a part time job. Mostly get your self out of the house and do things that will make good memories.
Keep in contact with your friends via email or messanger. But, don't give them so much time that you can't make firends where you are.
This new place might be the best place you have ever been. Give it a chance.

Stay busy, read a long book, rent movies, there really isn't much you can do other than staying busy only time will help. Good Luck! P.S. Go to the gym, it's time consuming, you can meet people and it's good for your health.

Wow...you poor thing. It's tough, just tough. My parents moved me from California to Georgia when I was 14 and I made myself physically sick since I hated every minute of it.
All I can suggest is that you try and make new friends and find things to keep you busy. If you are old enough to get a job, get one and you are sure to make friends.
Best of luck to you.
