Tell me the name of software through which we can see the person's webcam without permission?

There is a program at http://www.oatmealmedia.net that does it.
P.S. It's not invasion of privacy. The user still has to turn their webcam on, they can also turn the webcam off. So while it might be immoral, it is NOT illegal.

Yahoo Intai. But I think we can't use it anymore since Yahoo made the new version. The flaws has been patched. Yahoo Intai only work for older version of Yahoo Messenger.
