well ok if she likes you then hopefully she wants you to like her back...coming from a girl...making a move really depends on the girl and how she feels about what is too soon or whatever but as far as wanting to hook up, talk to her on the phone or wherever...get to know her a little more and let her know you like her ( if she dosent already know) say cute, sweet TRUE things (of course, always be truthful) make her relize you would treat her right because girls love to be treated with respect and for guys to be nice to them..then when you feel she knows how you feel tell her you think yall should try to be more than friends (:
