Good lord! Nothing. You have to be moving to get your heart rate up for at least 30 minutes for the workout to be aerobic and SITTING isn't going to get that. Try reading an educational book and learning something while sitting there. If you can't work on your body, then work on your mind.

LOL...you're funny! I think you can bring your dumbel and do some weight lifting while you're sitting on the toilet...Yoga can also be applied.
You can't do aerobic during that time...that will be too messy!
