Duct tape.

... you handle them calmly. Don't give in to whining or screaming. If they misbehave in a public place, take them out... doesn't matter where you are... take them out of the environment, because children KNOW that if they have an audience, you'll give in.

Be firm. That's the golden rule of parenting... children are VERY smart and learn from YOUR actions.

PATIENCE. As the mother of four children, all of whom have been 2 at one point or another (my youngest was 2 in June), that's the only word I can use to describe it. You also have to attentive and diligent, firm and consistent. This is the time when limits have to be made and they have to stick or your child is going to walk all over you for at least the next 16 years.

2yr olds r very curious n energetic so u have to provide them with lots n lots of things to satisfy their needs.

no need for the things to be very costly as kids wanna play with anything esp kichen stuff like empty boxes or plastic bowls or wooden spoons n many more h ouse hold things will do.

don't spank untill n unless very necessary. though sometimes u can loose control but u have to be very patient with them.

don't force anything on them only u can offer lot of things n let them to choose otherwise they react in a way that they will start hating that thing.

Like a diamond. Life is too short. The best part of your life is getting old and remembering the bringing up of your little ones. Mke the most of it, cuddles and kisses all the way with alot of laughter!!

Rubber gloves, a face shield, a thick leather apron, a bottle of holy water, steel toed water-proof boots, lots of heart felt prayer, and more patience than there are stars in the sky.

You have to have patience, it'll take awhile before he/she warms up to you. They can be very persistent at times, but don't always give them what they want, especially if that something is not good for them (like licking a dirty popsicle stick they found on the floor) because they will get used to it (they'll be spoiled and harder to discipline) and it teaches them who's in charge (make sure that its YOU, not THEM). Give them special attention always.

patience and lots of it.

I would always get down on my daughters level to see things from her perspective. That did 3 things: 1. it made her laugh 2. it made it a little bit easier for me to see where she is coming from and 3. gave us a reason to play
