not using them in scrambled eggs, it's putting egg whites in scrambled eggs in the first place that i'm doing.

yes just place them in an ice cube tray and put them in the freezer. They can stay for a couple of months. check out the site

Never thought of doing that, sorry. I just add the extra yolks into scrambled eggs or something like that.

Why not?

Only problem is that the yolk's are about 100% cholesterol, keep that in mind.

I don't think so. I dont think freezing any type of egg is good.
