I suffer from flat feet. I always had this problem, I went to the doctor to get orthodics, twice I wore them, but kept growing out of them. Now age 24, I have been having cramps in my toes and feet, and calves for the past two weeks. I was wondering what I am suppose to do? And why does it happen?

Low electrolytes,
Try eating banana's, getting some foods rich in potassium.

Drink some Gatorade.

I'll bet you drink a lot of water throughout the day. (flushes out your electrolytes)
Ocean fish is another good food.

My husband has flat feet. He complains about his back hurting, but no cramps. Your probably low in Potassium. Try eating bananas or taking a Potassium supplement. If this doesn't help, you may want to see a doctor.

Cramping is a sign of dehydration. It usually means you're just not getting enough fluids. Drink lots of water and non-carbonated drinks. Stay away from high sodium drinks. Good luck

Could be bad circulation, but it sounds to me like you may need to revisit your doctor and get back in those shoes again, you should be done growing.

Could be a magnesium deficiency or it could be as simple as the shoes you are wearing. Ask your doctor.
