is there such thing as too much excersize? i eat healthy is there any chance though if im trying to lose witght ill pass out or get sick from too much excersize?

actually YES!

people who work out too much actually experience muscle tissue decay, your amino acids start to feed off of your muscle tissure which will later cause you to have arthritus

If you exersize too much, you could pull a muscle or over exert yoursefl (pass out). So yes, there is definitely such thing as too much exersize. Just pay attention to what your body is telling you and stop before you collapse.

It depends. For example, too much jogging can cause wear and tear on your knees. And sometimes overdoing anything can lead to unwanted strains and pains.

Yes. You need to listen to your body and not over do it. Also, you should alternate your exercise. If you run one day, do not run the next. Instead, do something like weight lifting.
