I think I am falling in love with a wonderful man that I have been dating for 3 weeks. Do I wait for him to tell me he loves me or should I tell him? I think it might be too soon but I am not sure.

Are you ready to be in a permanent relationship with anyone? Do you have a pretty good idea of what you want, have you thought about that and the specific ways this guy does or doesn't fulfill your criteria for a permanent partner?
Three weeks is indeed very fast, and you would have quite a bit of explaining to do, which is why you need to think about all this stuff in advance, before you take any action whatsoever.
I would say that if you have thought about all of this, you're ready for something permanent and you know he fits the bill, you could tell him about your feelings. Otherwise I'd wait.

Love doesn't really have a time limit but....it is kinda soon because you love what this man has presented to you, not what he really is. Three weeks isn't enough time to know anybody. Wait a little while longer and if your feelings are still the same then tell him.

Waaaaaaaaaay too soon. You'll scare the hell out of him. You might be in the beginning stages or only infatuated. Give yourself more time, it'll come naturally if it is real love.

It might be too soon to tell him because you may scare him if you tell him now. A lot of guys are scared of commitment if they aren't ready and they will run away.

a bit to soon to say it. you know it and yr happy so leave it for a while. this might just be the honeymoon period when everything is great. get to know him more and his habits then say this again in 6 months.

maybe you should wait for a couple more weeks to a month see what happens then if he hasnt said anyhting then maybe you should ask him if he does love you or not
