Use white tuna packed in water. Mix with mayo, celery, some finely chopped bell pepper, a finely diced boiled egg and a little prepared yellow mustard. Add a little salt & pepper to bring out the flavors.

It might be a bit simple but I really like to mash the tuna add about the same amount of mayo, then dice about half a onion. Mix until it has a consistency of pate and spread on either toast or fresh bread. Simple but very tasty unless you don't like onion or mayo of course.

Get a can of Tuna (in water, not oil)drain it and add mayo, chop up some lettuce, olives, tomato, and pepper, and mix (and don't forget to toast your bread or get some sub sandwich bread.) That how my family had always made it. Hope you like it!
