How can I get the EITC now ?

We really need that tax credit now,What ajustments to his w4 must he make to do so now?

If you want your EIC now, file a W-5 with your employer.
However, your employer cannot give your more than $1648 in EIC credit. The rest you'll get back when you file your taxes.

File an amended tax return including the form 2441, maybe go to a professional to have them help you with the process.
