While it is weird for you to "accidentally" push a tampon in your rear, you can get it out, if and only if, the string attached to it is still visible. First, hold the string (and dont let it be swallowed by your ******!) and while doing the Valsalva (that is, exhale and bear down, just like when you want to poop so that the ****** would open up) tug at the string gently. Whew!
But then again, if you are THAT careless wherein the string also "accidentally" got inside, then my dear, wait till you poop! It is too embarassing (and hilarious) to go to the ER, but if you have no choice........

Accidentally? Accidentally?? How does one "accidentally" stick a tampon in their rear. Try running around and around till it's all pooped out.

It is impossible to do this accidentally.
Do you think anyone will believe you when you tell them that you don't know the difference between your anus and your vagina? Or are you a gay man playing around?
Lube up, get your hand in there and pull it out. If you can't manage that, go to the emergency room.

u might hav 2 leave it n there until' u go take a poop or keep tryin 2 pull it out very careful if u hav 2 get sum lotion or sum lubicant if u cant get it out that way than u might hav 2 go 2 the hosiptal and they'll hav 2 do it for u!!!!
