It sounds like he likes you as a friend (and possibly more) but he does not want to scare you off or ruin the friendship he does have with you if he thinks that you will not feel the same about you. Since he already knows you, he does not want to jeopardize the friendship. If you really have feelings for him, ask him if he wants to go out for ice cream or something. Print our the survey and ask him about the questions which intrigue you the most (i.e. Why did you say :[y] take me home for the night? And [y] let me sleep in ur bed with u? but you said [m] want to cuddle with me?) Feel him out and see if you both have common desires.

I would guess that he likes you, but would like to take more time to get to know you. Some of your questions put him on the spot. SO he may not be open to answering yes or no.
