Do you have a Trader Joe's or Whole Foods near you? They have tons of cheeses. If you don't have these stores, any specialty or health food store may have it, too.

Fromage just means cheese, but I don't know what frais means.

what you're looking for is called "fresh cheese" - it's become popular in Canada and can be found in the yogurt section of your grocery store - MiniGo is one brand with fruit. If you're looking to cook with it, look for tubs of "quark" in the health food department (not as easy to find). Fresh cheese can best be described as something like a sweet cottage cheese that's blended to the consistency of thick yogurt.
