When I was 14, I made a prank call to my cousin's neighbors. we put a record we have saying: You won 1,000,000.00.
then I talked to them. they were so happy!
I gave them a fake address, a fake phone, and I told them they needed to travel to Manhattan and the airtickes would be at the airport.
I remember they celebrating and jumping all over.
They woke up about 3am to go the airport to look for the tickets and leave about 6am...
and they found out that was a prank call... they never knew we did the joke, but I think it was the best prank I ever made!
It's been 10 years since that, and me and my cousin keep laughing about it.

Dude, it's funny but you could scare the s*** out of someone, could give them a heart attack. Besides if you tell someone not to use their phone they might get suspicious that you may want to rob them so they might call the authorities...
So what is funny?
Trite--Is you refrigerator running? You better go out and catch it?

Call someone and tell them you are doing some tests on the electricity line so they must NOT answer the next few calls. Then call again and when the answer just scream as loud as you can.

My friends and I always say funny stuff. Like we call someone, and pretend that we think that it's our parent. We'll say something funny and embarassing and then hang up. We'll also pretend that we know that person and when they deny that they know the person we'll keep on saying that we know them. We say it with weird accents. Like french accents, spanish accents, Hill-Billy accents, you know, etc.

You better be careful. Now most people have Caller ID. It is fun to do stuff like that, but be careful. Who ever you call they could sue you.
