if u mean a girl that is 11 years old then yes. if you are talking about 11 different girls, then obviously not

You shouldn't be dating ANYONE at 11. 11 years old is WAY too young for anyone to be dating. You have all the time in the world. Wait until you're AT LEAST 14 to start dating. Even 14 is young.
