We do have them, but we don't normally talk about them - at least not in the circles I travel in. But then again, in the circles I travel in, I think even the guys keep that sort of thing private :>
Very generally, I think that if your average woman thinks about sex, it is within some sort of context. For me, for example, at any given time in my life, there will only be one person that I think about sexually - if that. And it will be in the context of thinking about marrying him.
So the 'fantasy' will start with going shopping together and choosing some nice ingredients for that special candlelight dinner at home, with quiet conversation, maybe a bit of music in the background. Then maybe we will make music together until 10 PM, and then jump in the shower, and then...
I do not spend a whole lot of time thinking about specific bedroom activities - mostly it'll stop at hugging and kissing since, after all, we aren't even engaged yet, much less married, and I don't want to be training my mind to be thinking in that direction when I'm actually with him.
The odd thought of doing more than that might occur to me, but my attitude will be 'Oh' - and then move on with my life.
This may sound 'boring' if you are used to thinking about specific bedroom activities, but trust me: for most women eroticism starts LONG before they're even home, much less in bed.
Bottom line: For a woman, a trip to the supermarket with the right person in the right circumstances can be *very* erotic.

Of course girls have them, they're usually more about foreplay and love than the actual sex deeds. Everyone fantasizes!
