The most correct way to say it is:
"voy a nadar" which means "I am going swimming".
"me voy a nadar" means "I'm leaving to swim", so that's correct too, just not exactly what you're asking.

"voy a ir a nadar" would make sense to a Spanish speaker, but what your literally saying is "I am going to go to swim". It just sounds akward. You can add the word "yo" in front of any of these too, it's just not neccessary. Spanish speakers, like English speakers, usually don't add extra words if they don't have to.

The person above is taunting you in awful spanish grammar, telling you that Spanish is her first language and that you should know how to speak it. She should take her own advice and learn how to speak it properly before going around insulting other people for not knowing it.

There are a few approaches of expressing this. No hablo español bien. Mi español es mal. Hablo español mal. Normally, any Spanish-speakme character with whom you're speakme will mechanically deny what you could have simply mentioned. I doubt that their praises will cross on your head, however do not give up seeking to upgrade your speakme talents, some thing the case. It will open up such a lot of home windows of possibility to you for interacting with different individuals. Native Spanish-audio system, certainly folks that have now not but been in a position to be trained English, may even have the entire extra appreciate for you.

I'm not sure the reflexive is necessary. I'd just stick with "Voy a nadar."
