I think a boyfriend and girlfriend are people who can have fun together and are learning about each other - they may not last forever and that's fine but they're using each other to learn what they want and don't want in a mate.
I think a husband and wife are joined to help each other in life. To be there for each other in happiness and saddness and pain and love. They may not be completely thrilled with each other throughout their entire marriage and there may be days when they absolutely hate each other - but through thick and thin they're together - as a team and as a unit and they both work to make the life of the other a little better and happier.

Boyfriend and girlfriend mean exactly what they say. A friend that is a boy, and a friend that is a girl. Husband and Wife means a life long commitment that two people in love have decided to share with each other through the eyes of God.

Having a boyfriend or girlfriend means that you're 'trying this person on' because you think that you might want to marry them someday, and having a husband or wife means that you promise to spend the rest of your life with that one person, through good and bad.

as boyfriend and girlfriend you have someone with some of the same intrest as you and you are having fun with that person. now as husband and wife you have more in common and share a deeper love and still love to have fun

If all goes well then this girlfriend/boyfriend can be and should be your life partner

is someone to spend your time with, interests ideas, some one to share your things. To keep you company, loneliness sucks, having some one to hug, to kiss, to love.
Your other half in other word,s some one that completes you.
