I would take out Osama Bin Laden for free ,just to rid the world of this evil skank...Then stick his head on a pole on The tower of london so everyone could spit at it...

Always tricky because if you assassinate a world leader for example, you often create a martyr and public opinion shifts to support 'their' point of view and so their regime continues regardless.. If you do it in secret I suppose there is less chance of that. There is plenty of evil waiting to step into Evil's shoes!

I wouldn't take out anyone, but let politicians and big business execs know that any corruption, environmental or human rights violations... and they'd be sorry. No longer untouchable.
